Today is the launch of a new payment service from Google called Google Checkout. And WeaKnees is there!
Customers can now choose to pay for WeaKnees products through Google Checkout by clicking that option at the checkout screen. Here’s a screenshot:
Clicking the Google Checkout button takes you to your account on Google’s site, or to a sign up page for the account. Here’s an example of what I got when I did a checkout:
It’s a pretty cool system. In typical Google fashion, the interface is quick, sparse, and comfortable. Try it out!

Mac support still isn’t there, but if you have a PC and an iPod, it’s time to start moving shows from your TiVo to your Video iPod.
We do get lots of shipments here with really ingenuitive packaging. Every so often, one just really impresses us.
First off, this box was marked “Please Handle” and then “glass.” Please Handle? Excellent.
And notice the Hanes logo on the box? Maybe that explains the cushioning used on the unit.
